Flow Configuration

Some flows require activation while others must remain deactivated. Refer to the attached screenshot for detailed guidance on which flows to activate.

User Access Troubleshooting

If users cannot access the sandbox from their accounts, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to **Setup → Users**
2. Find the user account and click **Unfreeze**
3. Remove the **.invalid** suffix from their email address
4. Check the **Generate New Password** box
5. Click **Save**
6. The user will receive an email with instructions to create a new password

Install Apsona

Download and install the Apsona application suite:

Configure Profiles

Configure the following profiles based on their specific requirements:

Airflow Connect Profile

Recreate Permission Set Groups

Use the Excel spreadsheet created in the Pre-Refresh phase to recreate all permission set groups.
